All of our custom orders are shipped out within 1-2 working days after you have confirmed your custom design.

We ship using FedEx Express shipping.

Shipping times:

Europe: 1-3 business days.

USA and Canada: 2-5 business days.

Rest of the world: 4-10 business days.

You will be able to track your order using a tracking number, which you will receive right after we ship your metal silhouette.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy which allows you to return your metal silhouette within 30 days after its delivery at no additional cost.

You just need to enter the name of the car when ordering, and we will send you the design before we turn it into a real-life metal silhouette.

How do custom orders work?

2. We create the design for your provided car (this takes up to 5 business days).

3. The design is sent to you for your confirmation.

4. (We adjust the design to your liking).

5. You confirm the silhouette design.

6. We cut the silhouette from metal, hand polish it, apply powder coating, and ship it to you. (Production takes 1-2 business days)
